6. Right now they are after the Democratic plurality. Separating Joe

Lieberman and other Israeli Hawks from the Democratic herd is a priority. I imagine all they need is a small percentage of the Jewish vote.

Hell - they will take anything! Even 3% of African American through the black baptists is a worthy prize for them.

So look for divisions within the Democratic Party to be highlighted.

Look for an attack on all things that make us different form each other: race, religion, hawkishness, economics, market understanding, dreamers, union types, those who see abortion as a necessary evil from those who think it should be on demand and considered trite, etc. etc.

Karl Rove's job is to destroy our plurality. The big stuff is to make the American government so poor and unable to function that Americans turn to mommy corporation for all power and help.

7. This attempt has backfired

Even with the MSM telling us day and night that the country is "divided", 80%+ of the people say leave the tube out, and they aren't changing their minds.

That's not division, that's an irrefutable, and unusual, agreement within the nation on a "controversial" issue.
