ASHINGTON, March 28 - The parents of Terri Schiavo have authorized a conservative direct-mailing firm to sell a list of their financial supporters, making it likely that thousands of strangers moved by her plight will receive a steady stream of solicitations from anti-abortion and conservative groups.

"These compassionate pro-lifers donated toward Bob Schindler's legal battle to keep Terri's estranged husband from removing the feeding tube from Terri," says a description of the list on the Web site of the firm, Response Unlimited, which is asking $150 a month for 6,000 names and $500 a month for 4,000 e-mail addresses of people who responded last month to an e-mail plea from Ms. Schiavo's father. "These individuals are passionate about the way they value human life, adamantly oppose euthanasia and are pro-life in every sense of the word!"

Lots of people have been making money from her corpse for may years..

Lawyers, hospitals, doctors, her family..etc etc etc..

She's a "poster girl" for "Waco-esque" cultists..a moneymaker..

For a woman who was obviously conflicted about her weight/body-image/looks/self-esteem"..how awful for her to be paraded around looking like she does now.. It;s a GOOD thing she HAS no consciousness.. She would be mortified.. We have all had our "awful" days, but in those times, we tolerate our family and close friends to see us like that, but can you imagine yourself at your worst..plastered on every TV screen on EARTH??

Her family better not believe in ghosts too.. they will be haunted forever.:(

That's what they've been doing for 40 years now. Scratch one of these groups and there's almost always a direct mail king involved. That's one reason the media doesn't really matter to these people, they have a monstrous direct mail network and are starting on email. At least we can keep up on the email front, but I think 50% of people still aren't online.
