Interesting stats....OUR problem
quote......
In 2004, about 200 million people in the United States used the Internet, out of roughly 295 million in the country.

The number of people who used the Internet as a source of campaign news more than doubled between 2000 and 2004, from 30 million to 63 million. An estimated 11 million relied on politically oriented blogs as a primary source of information during the 2004 presidential campaign, the FEC said.

------end quote.....

So 20% of the country used the net for news in the 2004 election. Unfortunately with 3% going to blogs we can make the estimate most got their news from MSM on line. Until be figure out how to get the info out there WHERE do people can unbridled truth, we are in deep poo-poo

1. Email "pages" of interesting articles to people you know.
They'll invariably be from the alternet, and those "publication's" servers will get more and more hits. It'll propagate like crazy. I think there is also a problem in that most peeps still use AOL and Compuserve to access the net which is like never hitting the web at all. Most people 50 and older have no idea how to surf the internet.
