Will the US or Iraq devolve into civil war first?

My vote goes to Iraq due to the terrible conditions there. But we seem to be catching up. If the vicious divide between the fundies and secular americans widens and is combined due to an economic breakdown we may see genocide here.

2. Iraq first...
and if our own domestic political and religious situation heats up and our economy keeps tanking, it'll happen here too. I hope I'm wrong, but I see many of the signs.
