"There are so many of these houses on the market that we now have three or four agents who do nothing but foreclosure sales," said Bill Sabino, the manager at Re/Max Premier Group Realtors. "The inventory of foreclosed homes has continued to grow."
Texas leads the country in the number of foreclosed homes listed for resale. Almost 32,000 foreclosed houses were on the market in the state in 2004, according a study by Foreclosure .com

"The most expensive I have had is $1.2 million in Plano that I sold within a week," she said. More typical are properties like one of her current foreclosure listings in McKinney: a five-bedroom, four-bath house in the Eldorado neighborhood priced at $309,900.
