5. Activist Judge
The case of the pharmacist refusing to dispense birth control pills? Remember, him? Well, the judge ruled AGAINST him. Not sure where it was. South Carolina? Guess who this "activist" judge was appointed by? GEORGE BUSH. Maybe there is truth in that old saying of be careful what you wish for, you just might get it.

8. I think I should have been clearer. I believe that all of this stuff
being said by the GOP about 'activist' judges and how they are always trying to 'write the law', has caused some unfortunate people in our country to take matters into their own hands. The guy in Chicago, had lost several medical malpractice suits, and shot the husband and mother of the judge. The more politicans proclaim that it's the courts who are screwing up the country, the more incidents we will have.
