One truism from the Shiavo case. Bill Frist is a Liar or an Idiot.

Maybe both? Bill Frist diagnosed Terri Schiavo from a four year old video tape. This amateuer, home-made tape caused the 'renowned?' heart surgeon to declare her diagnosis wrong. This man is either delusional or willing to lie to the American people or maybe he's just an idiot.

edit note: Frist has not practiced medicine since 1993 and yet he can diagnose you or I or Terri Schiavo from a video tape, damn he's good.

8. It's even worse

He's not a Cardiologist--he's a cardiac surgeon.

If he was a cardiologist he at least would have done an internal medicine residency before a cardiology fellowship, providing some background in neurological problems. As a cardiac surgeon, he'd have even less experience in this.

Our constitution protects members of congress . . . from their actions. Yes, our federal constitution grants congressional members immunity from lawsuits, civil and/or criminal, from stuff they say upon the floor of the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives.

What does that mean? It means that congressmen/woman may lie like rugs into the C-Span camera and microphones and get away with it.

According to some in the know back in Tennessee, he wasn't much of a physician anyway and only obtained his MD at family insistence. Frist is a thorough shit, that's for certain.
