"Secretary Condoleezza Rice dazzles audiences abroad"
Gotta love Time magazine.

So Condi is out there handing out threats, innuendo, and ultimatums - I guess the audience she's dazzling is the one she brought with her.

She dazzled Pakistan so thoroughly that they announced a general strike against the secularism of Musharraf today. More like "bamboozles" audiences abroad.

3. She probably "dazzled" them...
...with her utter stupidity and incompetence. I was in New York this weekend so I missed alot of the news but I just heard that she was over there negotiating arms sales with India and Pakistan. Sounds like a dazzlingly good idea to me.

5. How did she dazzle them? Did she polish her teeth and wear a
sequined ball gown and stand under a huge spotlight? Those teeth and the sequins would dazzle anyone :)

6. Time Magazine -- Guess Time-Warner has some heavy regulatory issues
coming up. This is pathetic. The press is controlled, without doubt. Look at the heavy public opposition to the Terry Shiavo meddling by the Republicans (even evangelicals oppose this by about 50-45). Yet the press leads the charge. This proves they are taking direct orders. Comments like this about Rice are pure 1984. I'm getting off AOL because of this remark. Fuck them.

Give 'em the old razzle dazzle
Razzle Dazzle 'em
Give 'em an act with lots of flash in it
And the reaction will be passionate
Give 'em the old hocus pocus
Bead and feather 'em
How can they see with sequins in their eyes?
What if your hinges all are rusting?
What if, in fact, you're just disgusting?
Razzle dazzle 'em
And they'll never catch wise!

Give 'em the old double whammy
Daze and dizzy 'em
Back since the days of old Methuselah
Everyone loves the big bambooz-a-ler
Give 'em the old three ring circus
Stun and stagger 'em
When you're in trouble, go into your dance
Though you are stiffer than a girder
They'll let you get away with murder
Razzle dazzle 'em
And you've got a romance

Give 'em the old Razzle Dazzle
Razzle dazzle 'em
Show 'em the first rate sorceror you are
Long as you keep 'em way off balance
How can they spot you've got no talent
Razzle Dazzle 'em
And they'll make you a star!

15. hell par-ee was already toasting
her "fabulous" dress sense, and her subtle but powerful charms or soemthing.

which i find utterly bizarre, but perhaps that's jsut another example of the quirkiness that is european culture.
