Child abuse, sexual abuse, and property issues all rolled into one along with a couple of younger brothers. Anyone have any experience?

I need some help.

Thanks.

Terri, good luck. I think you are someplace you are not supposed to be.

2. I'm goin' through an Estate thing with my sister...
Her emotional incest issues are coming up. Her sense of entitlement, therefore, is that of my deceased father's wife... and not an equal to myself. She also lives near his brother, the Executor. So I'm losing ground, constantly. It's a pain in the ass.

So my point is for you to know that nobody in that scheme can possibly represent your interests, no matter what anyone says, other than your own attorney. In my family, they shamed me for bringing my attorney on board... now I realized how DEEPLY screwed I'd be without him.

So ask friends for a recommendation, or call Columbia Law School for a referral of someone who eventually went into Trusts & Estates in yr. area.

Oh. Everything in emails. You're your own person now, for starters. These snakey people will always tell you that they're doing you favors, really looking out for you, etc.. Not true! And don't you be giving anyone advice, or threatening people. Just take appropriate actions, and get plenty of emotional support, and pray, pray, pray for clarity.

That's my advice. Best wishes.
