So let me get this straight. A federal court can make a better decision
on the Schaivo case than the six state courts that have spent 15 years looking at this case? Are federal judges supposed to be smarter than state court judges? What is the reasoning behind this again? Oh yes, because Michael Schaivo supposedly does not have Terri's best interests at heart. Who determined this and why didn't the State Courts determine this? Not to mention Michael gave the power to determine Terri's fate to the courts.

Am I missing something here? :puke:

1. Not a necessarily a better decision
. . . just one to Tom DeLay's liking.

4. I've learned more from Q's post on this matter than all
those hundreds of others posted here or all the useless yammerings on CNN.

3. When the Republicans were in the minority, they'd be railing at
Congress for meddling in State's Rights cases. My, how times have changed.
