Nancy Grace and Ann Coulter...2 peas from the same rotten pod.
I can't stand either one.
From my perspective they set humanity back to at least mid-evil times.

I can picture them both sending innocent people to burn.

All I can say about these 2 scum is that GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY.

16. Just cuz she's a DEM doesn't give her a right to belittle people like
she does.

Both women are OVER THE TOP and convict in the media before the facts come down.

SIMPLE. You think cuz she's a DEM we should give her a PASS. We don't give lots of DEMS a pass around here.

People were calling Obama a DINO, Going after HRC and Reid.

SO

and seems to have gone to the dark side.

I see no liberal tendencies in that woman at all.

Once someone is accused they are automatically guilty in her eyes.

34. There is no reason
to believe that someone is "innocent until proven guilty." It is not an accurate description of what is supposed to occure in our society. There is a burden of proof on the prosecution to convict someone accused (arrested and charged) with a crime. The judge hearing the case is obligated to treat the accused person as innocent, until they are proven guilty (convicted). The jury is obligated to assume "not guilty" (very different than "innocent") until they enter deliberations; at that time, they must decide if the prosecutor proved the accused's guilt beyong a reasonable doubt. Not beyond all doubt, just beyond reasonable doubt. Once the jury returns a verdict, the judge then acts upon it.

As far as the general public, there is no reason to assume that there is any presumption of innocence. While the police and prosecutors do, in fact, charge some innocent people, and others are found "not guilty" simply because there was a reasonable doubt, in no way implies that most people arrested are not guilty. Most are. The media uses a little code word ("alleged") to cover arrest reports and pre-trial and pre-conviction cases. But a commentator is certainly allowed to express their opinion. Likewise, the media has "experts" who give their opinion ..... and obviously, it is not the same as if it were in the context of courtroom testimony.

28. Nancy Grace has
a tendency to be unfair. She has never seen a defendant she did not think wasn't guilty. She doesn't wait for trials. If a person is accused, to her, he is automatically guilty. She is not one of my favorites even though she may be a democrat. She does not appear to believe that being fair is important.

33. During the 90s,
my (now-deceased) mother and I liked Nancy, but I couldn't recall why. It had to have been because she defended President Clinton.

These days, I do find Nancy hard to watch, but she isn't half as offensive as Ann Coulter.

3. No, I don't see them as alike either
except they are both blonde, though Coulter looks more bottle blonde to me.

Coulter is a political hack who uses hate to get attention.

Nancy is sincere at least, but somehow she doesn't seem to realize she isn't a prosecutor anymore. It's time for an image makeover. She should realize she has a different job now and lighten up, but she doesn't seem sinister to me.

4. No comparison. Nancy uses her empathy all the time.. she just has
not much sympathy for perps. So you could say Nancy is efficient and discerning (perhaps a little skewed) in her empathy. But it is a finely honed tool.

Ann doesn't have any empathy. Ann hates anybody who ever showed empathy, or taught empathy, or judged others by the content of a 'man's' heart. The only good people to Ann are emotionally dead people.

30. But Nancy never waits
to see if the accused really is a perp. Is that fair? I don't think so. Sometimes people are accused of crimes that they never committed. She could at least wait until evidence is presented before she judges someone to be guilty.

11. agreed, can't put the two in the same basket.
I'd rather listen to 20 Nancies than a halfwit Coulter. Grace has personal baggage that she carries around and explains why she's such a rabid doberman when it comes to crime - her fiance was murdered shortly before their planned wedding date.

Her angst is honest, Ann's otoh, is fake and dishonest.

is the difference between the left & the right. Neocon's think empathy is really needless guilt. They are sociopathic in that way.

Did you know that Nancy Grace's fiance was murdered? I think that would harden anyone, male or female. Love your pictures, but, please no green faced Nancy!

Could you post me a green one on Carl Rove that says RASPUTIN!!!! A PICTURE SAYS A THOUSAND WORDS......

18. Yes, I can see that.
I certainly feel bad for her losing her loved one, and I agree that an experience like that might harden anyone, but IMO Nancy belongs on tabloid TV like Faux... though it looks like CNN wants to outdo Faux News. Five minutes after watching her emote and attempt to taint public opinion, I find myself rooting for the criminals... she does that to me. :(

Sorry, when I find a photo of Nancy that I like, she is goin' green. :D

Here's my Rove pic. I have another in the works, and plan to use "Rasputin Rove" as his title. Great minds think alike.:D

32. I think Nancy Grace threads are stupid but
as long as they keep cropping up (and I have a sneaking suspicion as to why), I'll keep posting this:

I Respect and Like Nancy Grace

even tho her media personality sometimes grates on one's nerves. I have followed her career since she first starting appearing on TV and have found her to be a very vocal advocate for women when they are crime victims. She has spoken passionately about victims of rape being victimized all over again by the court system. She has spoken passionately about spousal abuse, and about the equal treatment of women in the judicial system. She has spoken passionately about children as crime victims. She is a prosecutor, for God's sake, so if that persona turns you off, turn the TV off. I will continue to watch her and find her opinions right on target, and will continue to admire her.

I Do Not Respect nor Like Ann Coulter
