there are real estate salespeople that are honest and follow the law, and there are some who don't. It's the same in every profession.

5. My agent is a personal friend...

when we bought our house...we signed a blank purchase and sal agreement. She got us a terrific deal! She is honest and hard working. She gets all her clients the best deal she possibly can and has been known to throw in some of her commission to get the deal done. So I have trouble with the op on this.
