Actually nobody has said this, but if you replace 'Bush' with 'Clinton', you would have an actual quote by Jesse Helms.

God bless Bill Clinton, he could take the lies, in my tinfoil opinion it was Scaife (or someone close to him) who was killing his friends like Vince Foster, for being able to take damage and lies that Bush would literally have you sent to jail over (you do know that Bush has people who question him arrested?), and he never required loyalty oaths.

I just know that if somebody said this same exact thing that Helms said about Clinton to Bush, they would be probably be in some torture chamber in Syria by now.
