50. No, he hides behind his past Dem affiliation to hide his r-w love affair
He voted for Bush, and he only opposes Bush on the issue of the war. That's a pretty big issue, but even with a clear understanding of the havoc Bush has created with foreign policy, he still gushes over Bush and denigrates Dems for criticizing him.

54. I think the lily-livered sissy sees the worm turning with the public
and also s**thead's lies about the war and is trying to ready himself for the next popular wave, instead of rational discussions of truth, which we could always use. He was death on Gore during the last presidential election, and it made me sick.

26. if you could give Cheney sodium pentathol
Matthews asked Breitweiser, what would you ask him.

She reeled off a list of questions, some of which are referred to in this thread, all of them ones that people on this board have asked as well.

The other widow, as I mentioned above, was also great!!! She questioned whether there was something more sinister.

She said that on nation-wide tv.

Let Bill O-fucker Really try to tell her to shut up. Would he try to tell her he's done more for the survivors of victims...like he did to the son of a survivor who brought up the fact that America armed the mujahadeen, including bin Laden?

Now Gail Sheeney is on-- she wrote the article recently about the widows and has a book, Middletown, USA, out.

Asked about how many U.S. deaths there were in WW2, he confidently responds "quarter million", and the woman interviewed just accepts it.

Last I looked, it was 408,000 or so. Big deal? Oh, I guess not...just typical.

Can you believe they are on Bush's case like this on Sept. 11? I thought that they would be talking about what a hero he was all day and they've been talking about how his poll numbers are down and getting a few pot shots in on Bush (on Buchanan and Press).

Things are going to get hotter and hotter for him.

The tide is turning folks!!!

47. The show will repeat later. Maybe twice, I'm not certain
The first part had that Bush #41 speechwriter, Peggy Whatsits, and she wetted herself over the glory of Bush #43, and Chris claimed the speech he made to the Senate after 9/11 was the finest speech he ever heard, or some such groveling.

He totally disqualified himself as a rational person in the first part, and I turned it off, only to return near the end of the 9/11 widows' interview.

Chris looked at the camera and said, "How'd you like to have THOSE two coming after you?"

Not sure what he meant by that, but I'm sure glad they made an impact. Going to watch the show later tonight to catch that interview.
