2. Thanks
Usually I have to spend about 10 minutes searching through the internet to find out what is on the Sunday talk shows.

This week sucks. I'm really not interested in what Bush Administration officials have to say.

3. Train wreck factor
That's why I want to watch. There's no way they can spin this away. Like a rubbernecker at a highway collission, I just can't not look.

15. That's pretty funny, mr. rubbernecker friend
But I can't stand to watch that s***.

Please let us know some of the gory details.

Most of those TV "journalists" are such simplistic boobs, if any one of them ever had an original thought, he or she would probably pass out or something.

4. The s*** musta really hit the fan.
Pulling out Rummy for 2 shows and Condi for 2 shows.

Keeping Powell under wraps, because his lies haven't gone over well.
Wolfowitz, Perle and Cheney hiding in Cheney's bat cave.(no disrespect meant to bats.)

5. This Week looks good
Comparing Clark to Rumsfeld would be a good test of Clark's strength. Will definitely tune in... thanks.

6. Thi may be the first time
I'm actually interested in seeing what Rumsfeld has to say.

I'm surprised they're not throwing Cheney out there. He's the smoothest liar of the bunch.

8. Cheney's smooth, alright
He's back in the bunker because he is at the very heart of this matter, IMO. They're keeping him out of view.

10. Let's see if Russert still serves up softballs for Rummy.
Or maybe this'll ignite a shred of journalistic integrity in him.

I dunno. I think Russert, Matthews and Caddell are old Dem idealists that were pissed off by Clinton's "lie" and let it cloud their reporting of everything else. These guys also jumped all over Daschle. I think they smell weakness and exploit it, like any good bully. I have a feeling that Bush's subterfuge and buck-passing might actually light a fire under their collective asses.

12. He sure was.
I hope he was able to sleep that night. Maybe I'm hoplessly naive, but I'm hoping that Russert blows with the prevailing wind, which is finally anti-Bush. Or maybe Russert just blows.

13. Karl Rove has them all evening, rehearsing what he
has prepared. Powell already said what Rove told him to say, i.e, that critics are "reaching" and that Bush would never lie. Rove's line will be "we forgive the CIA, the president is so understanding and such a great leader that he has moved on and has confidence in the CIA and George Tenet..." The Russerts will eat it up. Questions like "how does the president plan to improve the CIA data"?

17. and if this week doesn't go well....
....next week we'll have Bar and Poppy. He'll whine about the way people are distrusting "our boy" and how it hurts him as a father. She'll get feisty and Poppy will say "Now you're going to get in trouble" and she'll say "I don't care, I'll say what I want..."

I've seen the movie.

20. Appreciate your style of
naming these folks - may I suggest a few? "Rep. Issaboutme" (he ran for the repub gov nomination in 1998 AND FAILED... and now wants to "create" a new election just for him and as such is funding the recall Davis effort.) Also... "Sen. Hide-in-his-shellby".
