Justice Kennedy: More Proof That SCOTUS Picks DO Matter

Imagine if Robert "I'm Gonna Put A Cork In Your Dork" Bork had triumphed in the nomination process. Imagine if the Democrats cowed and he got the nod. Imagine the crusty remains of the Constitution hanging like diseased chads in his wretched goatee as he salivates over the further reaming of our civil liberties.

Instead, we have momentarily straightened the decaying remnants of our 'civilized American society' up just a bit, momentarily alleviating our slouching towards no-more-a.

Oh, and Sandra Day O'Connor can kiss my ZombyAss, with her horribly arbitrary "some 17 year olds are more mature than young adults" rationalizing steaming pile of fly-encrusted horseshit, wiping her ass with the 8th Amendment just because she gets off on legal killing. "Some" means just that...SOME. I guess the ones who aren't more mature will have to pay the price, huh? Is this broken-down sleazebag way past retirement age, or what?

And now Malvo gets to rot in prison forever, instead of escaping easy with death, which would only satisfy bloodlusty revenge fantasies, and not Blind Justice.
