How can we be a "Christian" nation if the heathens built everything?
Chinese built the railroads, Catholic Irish and Italians (those count as heathens to the average Bush voter) largely built almost every modern structure, Native Americans originally mastered the art of cultivation and crops, the contributions of blacks such like George Washington Carver alone alone make up 1000% more than what any puritan ever did....

So once again how the hell do the so called Christians get away with saying they built anything? as far as I'm concerned their types took slaves, robbed, couldn't do any work on their own and today make up the largest percentage in welfare recipients and domestic cases.

2. We're not a Christian nation.
People who think otherwise are just stupid.

3. Largest percentage of welfare cases?
Not saying your wrong, but can you state some facts on that? I find many Christians helping the "welfare" recipients.

4. You're confusing Christians with so called Christians
It's alright everyone confuses me on that.

I'm talking about the "bring back slavery/praise jay-sus I got 6 kids that I beat more than I feed" types that immensely make up the welfare population. Just simply look at which states take in the most tax revenue for social services and which states give them.

5. Now you're being insulting
To welfare recipients and to Christians.

No, this is not a Christian Nation, even if most of the citizens are Christian. I think everyone on DU gets this point.
