In court documents, Grace Fellowship inquires about the sexual orientation of a former student, a fifth-grader at the time.

After losing a jury verdict of nearly $1 million last year, Grace Fellowship Church is aggressively challenging a new claim of sexual abuse at its private school.

Court documents reveal that the church is asking a molestation victim if he had "homosexual tendencies" while enrolled as a fifth-grader at Grace Fellowship Christian School.

Grace Pastor Bob Yandian and his lawyer are requesting that the victim "admit that you touched Aaron Thompson in a sexual manner before he first touched you in a sexual manner," the documents state.

The perpetrator was sentenced to 25 years in prison on 18 felony counts after admitting to lewd molestation of multiple victims while working as a coach and physical education teacher at the church sponsored school.

Get a clue you idiots---the victims were kids! End of story. You molest a kid, or knowingly allow a child molester to victimize kids, YOU are at fault. NOT THE KIDS!!!

Just makes my blood boil. It doesn't matter one whit if the kid were straight, gay, bi, polka-dotted, a rotten brat, etc. etc. HE WAS A KID and an adult in a power position molested him. END OF STORY. And right-wing christians wonder why some people question their integrity???

Interestingly, the church has already settled with some of the other KID victims for allowing this pervert to work at their church even though they knew he had been molesting them. He signed a "do not fondle" agreement with the church months before he was arrested. I kid you not, a "do not fondle" agreement :evilfrown:

4. They're hypocritical not to accept the law and common understanding

that it's a crime for an adult to have sexual contact with a minor. Period. It doesn't matter whether the child's orientation is heterosexual or homosexual.

You seem to be saying that a fifth grader can't have a sexual orientation, though, which I think is incorrect. I think children do have sexual orientations and may behave in a "seductive" manner, even understanding what they're trying to do, BUT that never excuses an adult having sexual contact with a child of any age.
