unless new and unexpected events cause you to re-evaluate....

Mark Dayton NOT running for reelection would be one example.

12. I just heard a report on AAR's news hour thing
that Franken is NOT running for the Senate and he has added two more years on his contract for AAR. So he's NOT running.
