Breaking News: Sen. Boxer Signs Challenge

Not sure if this has already been posted or not.

But for anyone listening to Unfiltered on AAR, Sen. Barbara Boxer HAS signed the challenge.

They had Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones (D-OH) on there today, and apparently Barbara Boxer sent her signatory back to Rep. Jones.

Thank you, Sen. Boxer, for showing courage and conviction.

The way Rep. Tubbs-Jones explains it, at 1:00 they will begin opening and counting the electoral votes by state, in alphabetical order. When they get to Ohio, Rep. Tubbs-Jones will object. Sen. Boxer will object. The joint session will go into recess so that the House and the Senate can go into 2 hours of debate, and then they reconvene.

14. If only more Dem. senators were like her

Mark Dayton (D-Minnesota) is on the Senate floor now (C-SPAN2), speaking out against the challenge and saying Congress has no business inserting itself into the election process. I fear too many Democrats will take the same position.
