Poll question: What does Bush have most in common with the fascists?
Edited on Mon Jan-03-05 05:12 AM by Radical Activist
I'm not focusing on Hitler here. Thankfully Bush has not yet started a world war and killed millions of Jews in concentration camps. Still, he has a lot in common with different fascist governments of the past.

Which aspect of the Bush dynasty do you think is most like the various fascist governments of old?

4.  How he differs is that he is not self made
He has ever made a bed or a sandwich, done a load of wash or even wiped his his waspy ass for himself.Usually greed comes with never having enough but he has allways had everything he wants.
He is a spoiled little fascist coming from a line of spoiled little fascists. Those are his good traits.

Frenchmen Say Guantanamo Detention Was Like Hell

by Laure Bretton

PARIS - Two Frenchmen described as hell Friday their more than two years of detention in the U.S. military prison at Guantanamo Bay, their lawyer said after meeting them for the first time.

Mourad Benchellali and Nizar Sassi had concerns "about the interrogation techniques and medical experiments" at Guantanamo, Jacques Debray said outside the headquarters of the DST domestic intelligence service where the two men were being questioned.

A letter from Sassi said "bizarre" medicines had been given to inmates at night and that one caused some prisoners to break out in spots, Debray told reporters. He gave no other details.

"Each of (the two men) used the same expression, 'We have emerged from hell'," Debray said.

"This is huge for them because it's the first time in two-and-a-half years that they have been able to talk to someone other than a soldier or a police officer, apart from their fellow detainees."

9. Hate and Fear, baby
I almost voted for making the press a propoganda tool etc... but if you think about it, no one made them do that. They decided to go down on bended knee all by themselves.

No, its the hate and fear, hate and fear, hate and fear.

>>>"The people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That
is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and
denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the
country to danger. It works the same in any country."
- Herman Goering (second in command to Adolf Hitler) at the Nuremberg Trials<<<

YOU may not be comparing him to Hitler, I, on the other hand, have no problem with it. While he may not have (yet) committed the very same atrocious acts that Hitler did, the mindset is exactly the same.

Well, Bush may not surpass what Hitler has done...

Not yet, anyway.

Give it within the next four years, and all hell will break loose!

16. Its made so much scarier by Prescott Bush's financial ties
to Hitler. Bush's grandfather had close financial dealings with the man who funded the Nazi Party. That is now a matter of public record. It makes me wonder who is running this nation.

17. The same people who ran the Nazi party.
The corporations. Gave Hitler whatever he wanted, as long as it was good for business. Same holds true today, the chimp is little more than a prostitute for corporate greed.
