Is Clark running?
I have not been following on world events the last few days, but I recall Clark saying that he would announce sometime during early September. So I was wondering did he announce if he is running or not, and if he did, is he running?

2. Not yet
I don't think he'll declare before the 15th if he's running. If he's not, then he could say so any time. He's been making appearances and sounding very much like a candidate and has hinted that he'll make a statement during a speech he's due to give on the 19th. Stay tuned.

3. I'm uncertain.
Clark might be waiting for the Q3 totals to come in, or he might be leaning towards "closure" on the issue.

But yeah, the longer he waits, the tougher it is. It is rumored Dean took down 15 million last quarter.

5. My guess would be yes.
Why would he say he is a Democrat, build up to that announcement and then say he expects "closure" on the 19th. Closure-a word those that don't want him to run hang on to. Freepers also mentioned that word quite a bit after the Clark apperance, btw.
