when did Bush stop beating his Stepford wife ?
Those are the type of posts lately at DU.

We all know that DLCers have been posting for a loooooooong
time at DU. You know their posts stand out from the rest.
DLC staff sometimes stop by DU to rattle a few here.

DLC and the other conservatives who pretend to be Liberals
and Progressives like stirring things up , just as the few
freeper interlopers do.

...most DUers were, and are anti-Iraq war progressives.

Most of the so-called DEMs in the US Congressional leadership
are pro-war Bush enablers - Lieberman, Daschle, Kerry, etc.....

Let's face reality....Kerry is no better than Lieberman.

BOTH are losers.
Both could NEVER win the Presidency in 2004.
You may want one of them to win, but it isnt going to happen.

Nationally Lieberman cant win.
He's a yankee Northeastern conservative who calls himself a DEM.
A Bush enabler who has the charisma of a wart faced toad.

Nationally Kerry cant win either.
He's a whiny voiced Northeastern moderate with zero charisma.
He pissed off the Liberals by his pro-war Bush vote.
He just doesnt get it, he appeals only to New Englanders.

Dean.
Dean has what it takes to be a REAL Democrat.
One that people will rally around.
So does Clarke.

Edwards, maybe, but his pro-Bush war vote
puts him next to the other spineless DEMs

1. I haven't joined in on any of the flame wars on candidates
but I must say, you pretty much mirror exactly what I think. Try as I may, I simply cannot forgive the Dems who voted such power to a man they KNEW had STOLEN THE ELECTION. It's a DISGRACE.

I honestly believe only Clark can beat Bush GOOD and I love the idea of both Bushes being beaten by Rhodes scholars from Arkansas.

2. I agree...............
I sure try to stay out of the flame wars between
DEM candidates. BUT i do occassionally so my
biased towards Dean or Clark.

We all have one or two that we like, so why fight among
ourselves ?

The bottom line is getting Bush OUT of his stolen White House
with whatever Democrat candidate.

No DEM candidate is perfect.

Except the Democrat presidential candidate that can throw these crooked Bush repug fascists out on their asses.

BUT the DLC corporate whores are NOT friends of the Democratic Party
anymore. The DLC represents the Republican Party members & interests.
The DLC are nothing but Republicans screwing up the Democrats --
thats their main goal - put REPUGS in control of Democrats.

hell ... the former lead DLC board member gave money to the re-elect Bush 2004 campaign !!!

5. Just say no to Kerry
As a Skull and Bones-man who refuses to come clean, Kerry has disqualified himself. A Kerry/Bush race would be the final indication that the NWO has really set the terms and fixed the outcome.

Same with Lieberman, same with Gephardt.

And the pink tutu graphic really sums it up - no one who voted for endless war, when even amateurs like us could see we were being lied to, should be allowed as a candidate.

There are no excuses for voting for this war - none.

Just my opinion:
Kucinich first, Dean a far far far down second, unless Clark runs. Clark is another NWO candidate, but he has spoken out pretty well against the worst excesses of CheneyCo, so he's our NWO candidate!

7. Gephardt is not a NWO neo-liberal, that would be Dean
Gephardt is an American Labor representative, and voted against the NWO legislation like NAFTA.

6. That's a pretty damn big assumption boy
I've been here since the beginning of Dem Underground and, no, everyone here isn't anti-war or on the other hand that the DLC is infiltrating (we aren't exactly the major website of the nation). In addition you got a whole shitpile of Democrats out there that go cold on anyone who gets the anti-war label because they equate that with anti-troop support. Those labor unions that are backing Gep wouldn't cross the street to vote for an "anti" Dem. If that was a big thing to them, they would have pulled their support for Gep on "moral" grounds. If we don't stop thinking that the whole Dem party is in one little defined group, we are going to get whipped badly. In fact, Bush didn't register that 75% approval after the first bombs dropped because everyone became a repuke. Those were dems in those numbers. They may want to get out of Iraq but don't ever tell them to rip that bumper sticker off that says "Proud to be an American". Dean is a part of the party; Gep is another part; Kerry another and they all have a base to appeal to. And Dean knows that. He won't get the support from the Gep bastions and he knows it. He's going to have a difficult time appealing to a broad spectrum of vets and he knows it. Apparently a lot of his supporters don't.
