I think what he is lacking is animation, notice in the second picture, all that happens as he attempts to smile is the lips move a part. the eyes stay exactly the same!
the man lacks good facial expressions, which can only mean he is either a robot or from another planet. I vote for the latter.

19. Eyes are dead, just like a lot of rethugs. You can see it in the freeper

sites responding to our 'sorryeverybody' website. Our peeps have warmth in their eyes, the freeper site pix show what they're really like - they look empty inside to me. Frist has that look, as does Gingrich, Cheney, etc - the eyes tell a lot.

All those years of sucking industrial strength bug extermination fumes are finally taking a heavy toll on old Tom Delay these days. The recently visible external symptoms are miniscule compared to the X-treme conservative brain rot that set in some years ago.
