Can someone help me find an article about our votes in 2000 & 2002

It was on BBV and the way that our votes were stolen was that every 3rd democratic vote was recorded as a Republican vote or a Bush vote.
Why does it matter? It matters because we can compare the exit poll numbers and find out if it works out that the percentage added up to every third vote plus the amount of republican votes equal what they are saying that Bush recieved from the American people.
If we can locate the article it might tell us about the source and the source just might be the one that knows about the whole scam.
