It's extremely obvious which stories are more important. Rehnquist is doing fine and had his surgery 2 DAYS AGO.

However, the breaking news is the 380 (or is it 760) TONS of HIGH explosives that were left unguarded (while the oil ministry and oil fields were extremely guarded) and how those very explosives are being used to kill our soldiers in Iraq and will most likely be used to kill more folks outside of Iraq and maybe even as a trigger for a nuklear bomb.

And then there is President Clinton who just had his own surgery and is extremely well known and is coming back out to the spotlight after recovering from his own surgery.

In a statement, the court says the 80-year-old spent the weekend in Bethesda Naval Hospital and had a tracheotomy on Saturday.

Justices are not meeting this week. Rehnquist is expected back on the bench when the court returns to work next week.
