1. Well, from an individual investor's perspective...
... I greatly fear a continuation of Bush's ineffective policies and lack of direction. The election of John Kerry promises change which -- contrary to conventional belief -- is not a negative for Wall Street, not when the current administration is marked by recklessness, short-sightedness and a stubborn inability to recognize that its startegy is not working.
