anyone think that the casualty rate in Iraq can be so low the past few weeks? All the bombings and fighting and we're taking only a couple of casualites a day???? If that. No, I doubt that very highly. I think that we're being misled about the death rate in Iraq, just like we were misled about the reasons we attacked the place.

14. Do any of you remember that before the war started, Rumsfeld had a plan

to bulldoze US casualties into mass graves in the desert? Threads were posted right here. His "reason" was that that was what they would have to do if Saddam used all those biological WMDs he had lying around all over the place. I'm not saying that confirms this story in any way, but the thread jogged my memory.

I don't think it's likely that 16 American troops would be buried in a mass grave, but 16 "green card" troops hired by the US? I think it's quite possible.

The head in the 3rd photo down looks, frankly, fake. I think it's made of plastic or papier-mache. The hair certainly doesn't look like that of a body that's been buried.

The bodies further down may be real, but I can't see anything to identify them as American soldiers.

Where are the reports from the German news agency?
