Is there any way to record AAR?
My employer started blocking streaming video/audio this week. I need my Lizz & Randi fixes! Is there a way I can record it at home & listen to it later? Maybe put it on a cd & listen to it at work the next day?

1. I don't know about Unfiltered, but DUer Ben Burch archives Randi...
...and Mike Malloy at http://www.whiterosesociety.com. They're usually up within a day.

24.

10. A dumb question...
How does satellite radio work? Does it need to be near a window? How does it reach the satellite? I have an inside office with no window. Will it still work? I'm so confused.

11. It's fantastic! I can't even begin to tell you how extremely cool it is...

One small base unit will fit in a boom-box, the same small unit will fit in a small adapter that will plug into your home stereo system and a wireless unit that will play through any vehicles exsisting radio or sound system...

And yes the antenna that come with each unit must be place outside or in a window...the antenna comes with 20' feet of line...
Check out this site and get for free for a few days and the unit pretty much all work the same and the same cost, even Radio Shack offer units made by Kenwood for competitive prices...

The digital stations read out is way cool, as you can see exactly (up to the second) what's playing on each of the hundred plus channels without ever changing from the channel your listening to. And they all come with a remote for easy switching.

12. Thanks so much for the info.
Unfortunately it doesn't sound like it will work for me. I need something I can use at work that is extremely light & portable & doesn't require any sort of installation or window placement or long cords or heavy equipment. :eyes: Maybe it would be easier to just get a new job that doesn't block my streaming audio! :P

While I'd much prefer to listen to the shows live, I think it will work best for me to record them, burn them on a cd & listen to them that way. Thanks for all the help everyone! :loveya:

8. I think AAR archives shows
Or check out some affiliates, which may time delay some shows.

Check out the station links on my site (click the 'Liberal Talk Radio' banner below). The ones that webcast are marked.
