BWAHAHAHA! Fox's O'Reilly Sues Over Alleged Extortion Scheme
http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&cid=1896&e=1&u=/nm/people_oreilly_dc

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Fox News personality Bill O'Reilly sued one of his associate producers and her lawyer on Wednesday, alleging they threatened him with a high profile sexual harassment case unless he and Fox paid $60 million in "hush money."

The conservative commentator, who is seeking unspecified damages, states his reputation has been damaged and that the scheme has caused him to suffer "great mental strain, anguish and severe emotional distress."

No, the next time this bastard is on his show bitching about "trial lawyers" and "frivolous lawsuits" and "ridiculous damage awards" THAT's when his stupid reputation will be even more "damaged".

"No one ever gave ME anything" Yeah, sure ya putz....

1. The allegations are probably true!
This seems like just the strategy he'd come up with to fend off a legitimate case -- make the first strike. No wonder he likes *. We'll have to see what happens. I mean, Rush survived his drug problems with his audience in tact. The people that listen to Rush and O'Reilly don't mind the hypocritical, apparently.

4. I Agree With Lisa........

It's probably true, so he sues her to take the publicity away from her.

The headline seems odd to me, should it not say O'Reilly accused of sexual harrassment then files suit against accuser, or something like that.

O'Reilly probably said sexual crap to her every day and thought he was so powerful he could get away with it.

This looks like a Karl Rove strategy, I bet Karl advised him on how to handle it.

2. How could anyone damage O'Reilley's reputation?
Everybody knows he's a pompous dipshit. Even the freepers hate him.

3. I'm not entirely sure how this prohibits him from complaining about
frivolous lawsuits. In fact, judging by the actions of the trial lawyer in question, it may give him reason to continue. Also, his hiring of a trial lawyer for a civil case doesn't make him a hypocrite. You don't hire criminal attorneys for civil cases.

5. I love this quote:
<snip>
Fox and O'Reilly charged in their suit that the defendants' actions were motivated by greed and Morelli's Democratic political connections.
<snip>

Well, Garsh! Why would someone's Democratic connections matter? I thought Fox was Fair and Balanced!

6. Hey Bill. You're reaping what you sow
First Rush, now O'Reilly. Rabid Clinton haters who had their professed "moral outrage" over oral sex in the White House. I'm so glad Big Dog is around to see all of this.

7. UPDATED from The Smoking Gun....The producer counter sues!
No fucking wonder O'Reilly tried to head this off.....

My, what a beacon of good republican moral values Mr. O'Reilly is:

The female Fox News producer fired back at the TV star today, filing a lawsuit claiming that he subjected her to repeated instances of sexual harassment and spoke often, and explicitly, to her about phone sex, vibrators, threesomes, masturbation, the loss of his virginity, and sexual fantasies.

"Hey cutie...wanna hear how I lost it??" :puke::puke::puke:
