Why does the FCC think it can regulate web political sites and blogs . . .
but they will allow Sinclair to show their so-called documentary against Kerry.

Just goes to show they do not have a clue how many sites this would deal with. Kinda like Bush and all the "Internet(s)." Probably best Dubya doesn't know about all that is on the web regarding him and his family. The man is a breakdown waiting to happen.

Sinclair also has contracts in Iraq so we know why they want Bush to stay in office. The Almighty dollar.

This administration's greed has no bounds, no shame, and no conscience. Why Republicans cannot see this, I cannot understand.

I say if Sinclair plays their little "documentary", then the same night, CBS (remember, took the Reagan's Movie off among other problems), Should run F/9-11.

Here is the article.

(snip)With political fund raising, campaign advertising and organizing taking place in full swing over the Internet, it may just be a matter of time before the Federal Election Commission joins the action.

Well, that time may be now.

A recent federal court ruling says the FCC must extend some of the nation's new campaign finance and spending limits to political activity on the Internet. (snip)

1. We the people let them get away with it after Howard Stern is more a
threat to the republic then government officials doing things in secret, denying people the right the vote and taking us into wars recklessly.

4. I had put FEC before because the article had FEC; however, I
thought FEC was an eponym for Federal Employment Commission. Then FCC was eponym for Federal Communications Commission?????

My bad :head bang:
