So I'm watching MSNBC, and ads for CNN come on!
I've seen ads for FOX on CNN before too, usually sponsored by the Southern Company (Big energy monolith)

Is this just sloppy advertising block selling?

Anyone 'in the biz' have an insight into this?

The cable company here advertises Fox on CNN and MSNBC.
