Just got a call from a guy who calls me on behalf of Purple Hearts, they collect clothing and other stuff for needy vets. He and I have become phone friends because he calls me every so often. A long time ago I told him that I only donate to them because I have a PH.
I told him last year that my son was in Iraq. So whenever he calls he asks about my son. I told him that he is going back soon. That is when he ask me if I watched the debate, before I could answer he said He had been undecided but after watching Kerry he is now voting for Kerry. We found out that we both work for the USPS he said at his station 3 others switched. I did not work today am taking a couple of days but I would have loved to have been at my station to listen to the 4 freepers there whine. Boy Howdy that feels good.
Will be out of town till Sunday so I expect to be brought up to speed when I get back.
