Tom Delay and Ralph Reed in some Native American casino scandal?

Anyone know anything about this? Money in exchange for eliminating one casino to benefit another. It was on ATC on NPR earlier, but I haven't heard or found anything about it since. Apparently there is to be a BIA hearing about this on Wednesday.
