Conditions in Zimbabwe worsen. Is this the future for the US as well?
www.zwnews.com

Currently, in some parts of Zimbabwe, people are required to be a card carrying member of the incumbent political party (in office since 1980) in order to buy food.

The major opposition party has declared they will boycott the next election due to the violence inflicted on their candidates and supporters.

Is this what will happen to us if the Neocons are not kept under control? Will they be buying our votes with food? Will their attack machines be so vicious that no Democrat will dare run for any office for fear of the lies inciting the over zealous right to violence?

1. not sure
but boards like this will be a no no if you value your life. I think it will start with a parking tkt on your car every morning followed by irs audits for the "uncooperative" These people are so hellbent on winning and taking more and more that they know no bounds. Kind of like a strain virus that is really hard to stop.

disorganized now that the CIA and State Department are no longer funding them.

I think I read that the State Dep't and CIA are now going to find people within the governing Zanu-PF party to flip.

Virginian, you wouldn't happen to be in the tobacco business, would you? I saw a pretty, young (white) Zimbabwean on David Letterman who played a game at Hello Deli (she had to call Regis and say something funny to him). Her father was in the tobacco business. She moved to Virginia a few years ago and was now a waitress in NYC.
