The tax cuts extension is pretty much a done deal in the house

4. I actually heard two side of this tax issue.

The Dems are in a corner on this. The extention not only covers the top bracket earners, but the middle class, and marriage penalty too. If the Dems vote against the extention, they'll be hammered for "raising taxes on the middle class". If they vote to extend them, the word will be "see you voted for it too."

The hidden part of this bill is that it does away with the $1,000 tax credit for the poorest americans.

5. It's debate time, a whole hour!

Of course this is all an election ploy. democrats raise taxes!!!! Runnnnn awayyyy!!!! this whole thing is so wrong, i'm so frigging tired of these people. Why don't the republicans just come out and say that they want to starve the beast? thats the goal here.
