If Bush had signed a 180 then a judge wouldn't have had to step in and enforce the Pentagon to comply with a FOIA from the AP.

Had him on for like only 3 minutes in the car and caught that statement. He was emphatic about it too saying that the whole AP FOIA court case was BECAUSE Bush had signed the form and that Kerry hadn't because he was hiding something.
