I sent the message on the 10th so I thought my email possibly just got lost in all of the Freeper mail. It's the first response I've ever received from a news organization.

7. I received a Thank You!

I sent an email on Tuesday and received a response back within a couple hours from Regina. I think they really appreciate support because they are receiving lots of negative emails, according to her response. They must not buckle to the negative pressure. If they do, we are in for a definite rough road for this country and our civil rights.

A shame how little others in the media are attempting to defend what Rather's doing...and echoing his questions.

Instead this has become a piling on session of all the media's failing with Rather being tarred and feather and a prime example.

11. Saw MSNBC this morning

interviewing a WaPo guy who conceded that the CONTENT of the reports re: TANG can be considered correct.

12. Not A Single Denial On The Content...

Even the 86 year old secretary agreed on the content being in line with her bosses thinking. We've got tons of other documents showing red flags all over this boy's military record, but the focus is on anything BUT content.

It'll be interesting what happens next week when the Pentagon is compelled to release the rest of Bunnypant's military records...or if they will.

What pains me is hearing the talking heads...many who looked for their own way out of Vietnam...say how this National Guard crap is no big deal. Chickenhawks and hypocrites. This is especially the case with the smug Jonah Goldberg-types...30'ish...never had to worry about going in the military and past the age they'll get their asses hauled in. Sanctimonius hypocrites...one of my greatest pet peeves.
