in the discussion of the original memo:

There are several points at which the typeface in the memo doesn't match the MS TNR and several points where the baselines don't match. But the 7 in the date of the original doc and the 7 in 187th. in the original doc don't match, either. The 7 in 187th. has a much longer stem that extends beyond the baseline of the 1 and the 8. It looks as if Killian or his secretary popped one ball out after the 1 and the 8 and typed the 7 with the element with the th. superscript on it. Definitely not something you'd do in MSWord.
