Colin Powell.... did he EVER have integrity?
Colin Powell was once described as a voice of reason among the Bushies. A person who had integrity and a person even Democrats could trust, but now that he seems to gone along with Bush's sham lock stock and barrel, it seems his image has been tarnished. For a man who is suppose to be of great character, I am amazed that he has not resigned from the mess Bush has made. Then again, Powell was instrumental in trying to cover up the My Lai massacre. History repeats itself?

Any of you had any respect for Powell before this?

John

1. Not me
I never really trusted him because he's a Republican. But I had more respect for him before I discovered the My Lai coverup. Then my distrust fit perfectly.

2. I Think He had it once
But that would have been before his second tour in Vietnam. Powells
problem IMO is that he's still acting the part of the loyal soldier,
protecting his pResident and the administration.

Which basically means Powell has all the integrity of a slug. He forgot that he is supposed to protect the Constitution, not a lying sack of crap like Shrub.

are supposed to uphold, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, not just each others' behinds?

3. I was on the fence about him.......
but when he showed up on the pig farm in Crawford during the recount in 2000, I knew then he was just like the rest of them. I felt anyone with integrity would have stayed away.

5. NEGATIVE
He was a General in the US Army. Nobody becomes a General by not doing their homework. He knew exactly what he was getting into since he was in the service when a lot of Bush's cronies were getting investigated over the Iran-Contra Affair and the Savings & Loan Scandal.

Getting on the proverbial soapbox with rant in hand....

Ahem.Ladies and Gentlemen, lend me your ears. This newbie is going to put his foot in his mouth (as hes done before) in the name of peace and human dignity:

With One Eye On The Presidency Powell HAS to , and has no qualms in, the now infamous words of Butch Lieberman, playing ball w/ the BIG BOYS IN DEFENSE.

QUOTE:

"The FACT IS, they're NOT going to chose anyone (to the White House)who sends a message other than STRENGTH ON DEFENSE" JDLieberman

Drum beat: Defense Defence Defence!

END QUOTE. (apologies to any lieberman fans out there and on the board of directors of this website, hope we dont get kicked out of here for disliking the man and all his hidden hawkish agendas.)

What a hypocrite a day makes.Powell makes you almost ashamed to be black. It is NO SECRET that most of the Black community Mandela Belafonte Ross Jackson et al shun him like the plague.Powell is maybe the MOST disappointing Afro American that ever lived.

An Uncle Neotom is what he is.

Powells greatgrandparents must be fuming in their graves for their descendant who could have been the greatest Afro American that ever lived, sold his soul to the company store.

Horrible man.Dangerous man.A wolfo in sheepo cloothing.

The despicable REDRUMsfeld we understand his being the way he is , an arrogant unbearable likeness of being, but Colin Powell you let us down, you let the US down, you let all those who died for freedom and democracy down.

We cant wait to see Powell in Alcatraz with his real Boss GWBush 41 1/2 Senior and his mini me son of the boss W doing hard labor for the rest of their miserable lives along w/ Rumsfeld Wolfocheezewiz Perle Cheney and the Cabal for their masterminding 911 asnd the ensuing WAR on Bin Laden (WHERE IS HE BY THE WAY?) and the WAR for WMD's that did not exist that has killed from 911 to Afghan to Iraq this minute anywhere we'd say from 10-20,000 INNOCENT VICTIMS ,PAWNS in their game for world power. In their phoney Warrenterra.

This is not a game.

This is not RISK Georgie.Go play elsewhere.

Bref, to make a long story short POWELL IS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT to his race and to every human being in general.(no pun intendead)

We wont mention anothe HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT the " black widow spider " as she is affectionately called in some circles, Condomleeza Rice.Thats another tropic altogether.

END RANT.

Getting off soapbox...kicking soapbox aside.

POWELL & RICE = BULLY & UGLY AMERICAN US FOREIGN POLICY

DONT YOU JUST WISH IT COULD HAVE BEEN MCKINNEY FOR PRESIDENT!?
SHE MAKES YOU PROUD TO BE AMERICAN DOESNT SHE?
WE LOVE YOU CYNTHIA! WHAT AN ANGEL! YOU ARE HEAVEN SENT.
WE ARE PROUD OF YOU ,and your greatgreat grandparents should be so so proud of you.You will go down in history as the GREATEST BLACK WOMAN that ever lived. As great if not greater than Martin Luther King and Nelson Mandela.

Suspected Mobile Bio-Weapons Labs Discovered in Iraq!

Troops Locate Two Trucks Outfitted with Equipment to Produce Chemical and Biological Weapons!!!!

"U.S. intelligence agencies spotted activity at an Iraqi factory last week that is increasing fears that Saddam Hussein is advancing his germ-weapons program, The Washington Times has learned!"

Before you react to this news we have to say it was news written last year by Bill Gertz a Zionist for maybe the most right wing fundamentalist newspaper in Washington the Washington Times Published 8/14/2002 and heralded by no less than the INSTIGATORS of this whole mess, the most zionist of organizionations in the world, the Jinsa.

IN YOUR FACE Disinformation in Action. AGGRESSIVE CAMPAIGN URGING US TO GO TO WAR WITH EVIL IRAQ WHO has WMD's and are GOING to USE them ANY MINUTE NOW against Israel and against US in the HEARTLAND if we dont PREEMPT THEM!

These people should be held accountable for our FIASCO in Iraq, for the QUAGMIRE they have let us in ,just like their president (not our president) should be impeached for his lies that stretch all the way back to 911.

MEANWHILE.....

Wheels Fall Off Iraq WMD 'Mobile Labs' Story

Analysts Of Iraq Trailers Reject Germ Use

American and British intelligence analysts with direct access to the evidence are disputing claims that the mysterious trailers found in Iraq were for making deadly germs. In interviews over the last week, they said the mobile units were more likely intended for other purposes and charged that the evaluation process had been damaged by a rush to judgment.

''Everyone has wanted to find the 'smoking gun' so much that they may have wanted to have reached this conclusion,'' said one intelligence expert who has seen the trailers and, like some others, spoke on condition that he not be identified. He added, ''I am very upset with the process.''

15. Powell's integrity = liberal media=jobless recovery=compassionate conserv.
He is the designated good cop because he can wear a suit better and speak in complete sentences. It's like all the crime families have a consigliere - the smooth talking guy who appears that he is not a thug.
