Look for it in book stores Sept. 14: Blue (it'll make the Bushes), red (Kitty Kelley books are read massively in the US), and white (it's all there, in dirt black and white).

The biography is obviously unauathorized.

It reveals how Dubya has had a very special friend in the mayor of a Tennessee city, who has has cohabited the Texas ranch many times.

It reveals the details of embarassing photographs of Bush that actually caused U.S. Govt. agents to perpetrate the anthrax mailings to destroy the building of National Enquirer and kill photo editor Stevens.

and know for a fact her information is second and third hand.

In 1989 and again in 1993 she had MoD "D" Notices served on her in the UK - gagging orders which guard the UK's State Secrets as well as certain UKUSA-type bi-lateral State Secrets - and which - if breached - impose draconian custodial and financial penalties.

The 1989 gagging order relates to her paying for an unauthorised wire-tap of lawyers representing members of UK-based Truman family when they sued Margaret Thatcher for harassment and complicity with Robert Maxwell, after a bomb blew up a seaside property they owned in Dorset (which was hurriedly attributed to the IRA in a Home Office cover-up).

The case referred to was heard In Camera at the Central Criminal Court in London and resulted the Tory Party being fined £2 million and given a lifetime anti-harassment injunction to protect the Trumans. Kelly was then sued by them and fined a reported £250,000 and lumbered with lifetime injunctions to stop prying on the family and it's legal representatives.

The 1993 D Notice served on her relates to her second attempt to pry on the Trumans when they sued George H Bush in the UK and US for hiring Robert Maxwell and his named associates to conspire to murder them and their children in the seaside bomb incident. Kelly paid private investigators to wire tap attorneys' offices in Washington DC, Midland Texas and NYC in order to gain access to what were confidential UK intelligence papers relating to this incident. She also hired burglars to ransack the Trumans' home in Sutton Place, NY with the aim of finding documents which she intended to publish for her personal gain.

As far as I am aware, she was sued by the Trumans and paid an undisclosed fine but got away with more serious charges against her by pleading that anti-harassment injunctions imposed on her by the UK courts were invalid in the US.

She is also known to have paid David Icke for documents he used in his own defence in the UK libel courts when he attempted to publicise the seaside bomb biz himself and was sued.

Google up as much as you like and you wont find a scrap about it.

Old hacks who have been in the game for over 30 years can, however, post stuff on the internet where it is much harder to gag them, sue them or identify them so that the UK Special Branch can smash their front doors down at 6am and offer them "official inducements" not to mention anything in writing ever again.
