How can you pick just one reason, there are so many?
I didn't like him when he was selected, but as time went on, because of everything he was doing, I liked him less and less and less.

9. My Thought Exactly!!
Well, I'll isolate the THREE things about Bush that piss me off the most, and they are all pretty general, and lots of what he has done can fallunder these generals:

1. The economy

2. Federal Marriage Admentment / Faith-Biased(misspelling intentional) Initiative/other pandering to the fundamentalist whackjobs.

3. foreign policy has made America hated throughout the world, and for what?

28. The ultra right-wing agenda he and his adminstration wants to implement.
World wide domination. And a budget busting funded military to enforce it.

The slashing of social programs. Social Security and Medicare to be privatized. Budgets for programs like Head Start to be dramatically slashed.

The elimination of affirmative action. "Faith Based Initiatives" that would eliminate the separation of church and state once and for all.

The curtailment of civil liberties in a "war on terrorism". The constant need to keep the populace scared with constant color coded "terror alerts"

"Family Values" that is nothing more than government sanctioned homophobia.

This is why I hate George W. Bush...and will NOT vote for him.

No one talks about what he's done at the USDA regarding fecal matter in our meat on behalf of the meat packing industry (donated $59 Million), but having sat next to a six year old with e-coli for three months in the hospital unable to hold food down because she was constantly vomiting except for the three weeks she spent in intensive care while on machines that breathed for her...I haven't forgotten. My niece lived; other children haven't. For them, those in Iraq, and the orphans left over from him not doing his job prior to 9/11, I hope this man rots in hell.

50. #1 and #1
#1 - He is a puppet for Reaganomics gone mad under the new order of neoconism. The upper rate will be lowered eventually to 28% and then all this is really just a setup for their real push for a flat tax. This spells the final end to the middle class as we know it. Of course other economic disasters are intertwined in this.....overspending, the debt, outsourcing...etc...but the shuffling of money to the top for the lie that it brings increased revenues and economic gain is pure BS.

#1 - The War never should have been a WAR. He doesn't understand at all what the enemy really is....and supports simple take over of the Middle East. The 2 don't mix. You fight terrorism by constantly seeking out their identity, making arrests, securing the borders, doing things to thwart attacks at home...etc

If you want to be the President of the United States, I only have one prerequisite:

You have to be smarter than me.

Bill Clinton is way smarter than I am, Bush doesn't even come close.

52. It's a toss-up...
Probably number 1 is fear of conservative judge appointments. To be honest, that's what keeps me voting Democratic in most presidential elections. And if it was a different Republican conservative president, I'd feel the same way.

But in terms of Bush in particular, I simply disagree so strongly with his foreign policy that I want him out of office before he starts WWIII. I remember when he got elected, I was afraid that he would single-handedly pull it off. At this point, I feel as though, if we elect him for a second term, we're basically giving him a mandate to declare war all over the world.

Even though I'm pissed about unemployment, unfair treatment of military personnel, lack of health care benefits, shipping jobs overseas, erosion of abortion rights, etc, those things seem to run far behind my top two.

I am thinking of joining the AF sometime next year(just thinking) and would not want this man having control over me to use me like a little tin soldier.

I also think this man is a lie and a fake

I also think he is not mentally capable of handling this country

I also think that he has taken us backward, not forward as a people

I also dislike the fake accent

I do not like his education, energy, foreign, domestic policies

I do not like the fact that his administration has ties to pretty much every special interest group you can think of

and the list goes on.

And has been complicit in swindling the American public into following the plans outlined in the Project for a New American Century.

Converting the middle-class-based American society to a feudal fiefdom is the ultimate goal of his meglomaniac puppetmasters.

Failures to stop terrorist attacks or to hold timely elections are a failure of democratic government.

Pray for the decisive repeal to the Bush junta.
