Just got a telemarketing call from...

"The United States Protection and Care Society"

they were hocking something called "Zip Code Alert"...

For $19.99 they will send you a list of convicted child molesters in your zip code.

Sorry, I find this disgusting. They are profiting from child molestation. They rely on child molestation to make money. How f--ing sick is that...

Why not just sell child porn?...either way you are profiting at another persons expense...

Shit like this gives capitalism a bad name...

5. You can get this info free on line.

WA state requires sex offenders to register and this info is available on line. Each offender is listed by name, address, and level of offense. Sorry I don't have time to provide a link but I reviewed the site last year.

I'm sure most states make this info public. It is a good thing to check when you are buying a home or have children.

Turn them in to the Better Business Bureau, or let someone know in your local chamber of commerce.

Call law enforcement in your town. Find out if they are legit.
