Why is the country (ie, the corporate media) arguing about the finer points of what Kerry did or did not do after getting awarded a Purple Heart for his service on a swift boat - and not talking about Bush being AWOL?

If a bunch of veterans can put together an ad saying they heard Kerry's service wasn't up to snuff, why can't a bunch of National Guard members put together an ad saying they heard W was AWOL snorting cocaine while he was supposed to be at his National Guard post?

cause they behind the 8 ball on that one. So they focus on minutae, small shit, to distract from the larger picture...like how come he did nothing for 8 months prior to the 9/11 attack?

I just think that some Kerry surrogates could fight back.

There's plenty of material out there documenting the fact that Bush was AWOL. (One website publisher has some done some very extensive examining of the document dump.)

Dems should sling some mud back.
