when I went to Reuter's, it showed me the flashing ads for a couple of minutes, but the story never downloaded. I'm appreciative of links, but also feel a little quotation from the article helps make it clear what posts are about.

ALBANY, N.Y. (Reuters) - The FBI raided an Albany, New York, mosque on Thursday and arrested its founder and imam in a sting operation involving money laundering, a shoulder-fired missile and a fake plot to kill the Pakistani ambassador.
Imam Yassin Aref and founder Mohammed Hossain were arrested after early morning raids on houses and the Masjid As-Salaam mosque, law enforcement officials said.

The mosque, about a mile from the New York State Capitol building, was not open for prayers and being guarded by local police. A few people entered the mosque but did not answer questions from the media gathered outside.

Authorities said the arrests were unrelated to the recently raised terror threat level about possible attacks on financial buildings in New York, Washington and Newark, New Jersey.

According to court documents, Hossain had agreed to a scheme proposed by a government informant to launder the proceeds of the illegal sale of a shoulder-fired missile.
