Help needed with "Kerrylied" website

A family member (lifelong, myopic Republican who knows I am a Democrat, but who enjoys trying to pull my chain) and sent me a URL to the Kerrylied website. I don't even want to view the trash that's on there, and want to refute what I'm assuming is drivel with facts, or something snappy to come back with. Can anyone here help me?

1. Yea sure the whole site is based on Kerry's testimony

It's more anger towards Kerry speaking out against war atrocities.

Once again A. Repukes who secretly admire slaughtering innocents have a hatred for men like Kerry who expose them and B. The testimonies Kerry read to my knowledge were based on the statements by OTHER soldiers.

that this site, as was stated to me in the e-mail, isn't attacking him on his war record, but merely a compilaton of quotes?

I hate to be asking others to do my work, but I really don't even want to spend five minutes reading hateful crap if I don't have to.

6. I tried snopes

but didn't find anything specific.

Right now, the draft of my e-mail states:

"I'm not generally interested in disinformation from either side - if a candidate can't stand on his record, then he simply can't stand - so I didn't click on the URL.

"If this site is as you say, I find it interesting that of the two candidates for president, the one who had his "war" records "disappear"
isn't the one being scrutinized. But thanks anyway :)"

Perhaps I'll let it stand as it is, but I am hoping for a quick, snappy comeback. Something snappier than above :) I have used snopes in the past to counter his Teresa Kerry/Tides garbage (that was quick and easy to refute.)

If you want something debunked get out there and do it, I read this little thing for you because I choose to know the enemy and expose them, and this responsibility lies in all of us who want to see * out. It's nothing you sit back and pass off to someone else because you can't "stomach" it.

Guess the question is, Who owns your mailbox? If you, request or remind your relative that you use your email for personal messages and have declined all links that claim to have evidence about a candidate lying. On the other hand, links that detail current election related topics that indicate that information provided has proven false, such as the lack of WMD in Iraq, tangible imminent threats to the US by Saddam Hussein, and terrorism against the US sanctioned by Saddam Hussein(per 9/11 report)is welcome. The rest, well, assure your relative you deem it all SPAM and you treat it as such.

The so called Vets who are opposed to Kerry did not even serve with him, and one served after him. Because Kerry made claims about what his experience was in Nam that they find objectionable they are smearing him. The most vocal has been a Republican active in and the around the Bush circles for years. Factually, we are not electing a president on the basis of VietNam regardless of what baggage people have.

I appreciate the welcome. You're right, I should politely disregard/decline. I guess out of some sort of respect, I haven't gotten nasty - it's my father-in-law sending this crap out, and while I usually don't let him get under my skin - I generally disregard the stuff he sends. But for some reason, this thing got under my skin - I guess because it's proof for me that some people - that he - locksteps behind a party without really taking the time to SEE what the party or the candidate stands for.
