"New" al Quaeda Threat Means One Thing: Iraq Diverted Us From Real Enemy
Edited on Wed Aug-04-04 07:40 PM by stopbush
I'm watching CBS EN. They point out that this "old" info includes plans to attack sites with truck bombs. That the plans - 500 pages of them - were transmitted to Pakistan in the last year; that there were phone calls made to operatives "in the USA"; that the plans may "still be active."

Hmmm. I guess all of that was happening while bush was off being distracted by his phony and illegal war in Iraq! Of course, they didn't make that point on CBS.
