Every time another bogus "terra warnin'" comes out?

I mean, it is so obvious to me that we are being manipulated and it becomes even more obvious every time a new "terra lert" is issued. And today's three year old terra lert - I mean there are small children walking and talking who are younger than the intel that this crap is based on.

I just have to wonder how many Independents/Republican-leaning-but-don't-really-care-either-way types get annoyed enough to consider switching their vote each time the Tom Ridge puppet doll rolls out...

1. None. Honestly, you overestimate people...

People will believe this sh*t every single time. I know democrats, liberals, and people who don't like bush* who still buy this garbage every time it comes out. If people aren't inclined to read up on things or dig deeper than what they see on the nightly news, they are never going to realize the bogus nature of it all. It's the hard, sad truth.

But how many times does this need to happen for people to wake up and smell the coffee? Every time he pulls this shit you hear about people being so scared, petrified even. No one puts two and two together to figure out how these alerts coincide with the bad poll numbers or Kerry getting lots of attention. It totally frustrates me. But then, what can you expect when most people are more concerned with "Who wants to marry my dad" or whatevet its called? I can remember a time when people were a lot more informed. The teenagers of 40 years ago knew a hell of a lot more about domestic and world events than most of the adults of today. And reporters were real reporters. This whole thing disgusts me. I can only hope that enough people will wake up to this scheme and realize what is really going on!

And it isn't. I watched CNN briefly this morning before work looking for something on the "terra lert" and all I got was some nonsense about the Statue of Liberty and cops and people feeling good about being under the rifles and shot guns of cops.

If the media doesn't take * to task on this it will continue to serve in his favor enough to get a tie. Which is a victory for these people. The only way the media will make a stink about is is if we and the Dems ONLY talk about it no matter what the subject is when we communicate with our media.

Having "security town hall" meetings and such, thanking people for coming in. No acknowledgment that the warning was based on old data. I'm spreading the word around now.
