Oh...this is one to watch! - Part 2.
I posted a message last week about a great battle coming up in the courts regarding Internet sales a delivery of wine. What made it interesting was the Wine Industry retained Ken Starr to argue its case before the Supreme Court. Oh, and that the Wine Industry honcho that hired Starr just happens to be Robert Koch, Chimpy's brother-in-law!!! That's right, he married Doro Bush. Since Starr has an "in" at the White House, winning in Chimpy's Court should be a slam-dunk.

Too bad for the White House that the other side just happens to be Karl Roves's most favored constituency, the hard-core, right-wing, evangelical Christians; and they retained another White House favorite - Miguel Estrada!! - to represent them. Repuke vs. Repuke!

What to do, what to do...?

Well, today's Post had this story on how the White House handled it:

"...the Justice Department let a deadline pass Thursday without filing a brief before the Supreme Court supporting direct shipments of wine across state lines." In other words - they passed! Bet they wouldn't if it had anything to do with flag burning or school prayer.

Nope. Sure don't wanna piss off them Christian conservatives.

"Thursday's decision pleased religious-conservative groups..." it goes on. No kidding.

Going to be a bummer next family dinner.
