So, Kerry's limited to $75M from now until 11/02?
And Bush can spend freely until he's officially nominated?

What's up with this? Why didn't Kerry forgo public funding? He could easily match Bush. I don't get it.

2. But what about the limitations on "negative" advertising?
Isn't there some sort of weird limitation in the campaign financing laws that would severely restrict the content of ads by groups like the DNC and Move On?

6. Wow, I hope so! I would hold many bake sales to be able to
contribute if he forgoes the public funding. I want us to prove that we can match Bush's big money contributors dollar for dollar, with many, many, many of us donating what we can.
